Business Partnerships Executive
This person will be experienced in working with business partners and account management. They will be a self-starting business oriented team player who is passionate to practice business management and marketing tasks in a young, creative and yet structured and efficient environment.
The Business Partnerships Executive will report to the Director of Business Partnerships and be responsible for following tasks:
- Work closely with business partners, in an effort to increase sales, determine strategies for increasing response and conversion rates
- Optimize online advertising and web promotions in conjunction with sales report and data analysis
- Measure the short-term and long-term effectiveness of lead generation programs using comprehensive analytics to determine program ROI
- Initiate marketing and business programs to enhance sales of games on partners’ networks
- Analyze partner’s business goals and needs to figure out appropriate business solutions
Skill Set:
- At least 3 years of experience working in the business or marketing departments of a media or technology firm
- Experience in account management
- Experience working with online marketing advertising, affiliate programs, direct mail and web traffic analytics tools
- Experience with lead generation, especially within a channel-driven sales model
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize project management
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Superior presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and problem solving skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- BS or BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Excellent computer/Internet skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and tools
- Familiarity with the online games industry- an advantage
